We offer a multi-employee group coaching program through zoom where clients will have a live one hour group session learning the DIY Erogonmics Program.

Participants will learn:

What is ergonomics and how it applies to everyday job task.
How to set up proper workstation including monitor, laptop, keyboard and more.
How to properly set-up and adjust work/office chair.

How to decrease eyestrain and use of proper lighting.

Avoid awkward postures and decrease risk of musculoskeletal injuries.

Implementing mini breaks and proper breathing techniques to improve well-being.

All participants will have 90 days access to Revitalize Video Learning Program which instructs clients in basic exercises and The Healthy Eight Program.
